Battery Usage Precautions
Please read the following information carefully before purchase.
Before using the battery, please confirm the battery pack voltage.
The full charge voltage of each lithium polymer cell is 4.2V (high-voltage version: 4.35V).
For new batteries, avoid charging with excessive current to minimize battery degradation.
Typically, charge at around 1C current. Use a balance charger specifically designed for RC batteries and select the correct battery type mode.
Incorrect charging mode may cause unexpected hazards.- During charging, place the charger and battery in an open, unobstructed area, away from other items, and ensure someone is supervising the process.
- During discharge, use a beeper or alarm system (e.g., BB warning) to set the low-voltage cutoff per cell to approximately 3.6V to prevent over-discharge.
- When not used for a long time, store the battery at around 3.85V per cell.
Storing at full charge or low voltage can damage the battery and shorten its lifespan.
If unused for more than one month, perform a charge-discharge cycle once a month. - When not in use, disconnect the battery from the model or device, and store it in a dry, well-ventilated environment with temperature not exceeding 30°C.
For your safety, never puncture the battery casing to release gas, even if swelling occurs due to any reason. This may cause fire or explosion.
