35kV Modified Polyethylene HDPE Pin Type Insulation Device
Description:
The new modified polymer (hard composite) pin insulator is suitable for high voltage line facilities. With good anti-weathering properties, flexural strength, shock resistance, shock and anti-brittle properties, light weight, they are easy to install. The top and the bottom are the same installation size as the porcelain pin insulator which can be interchangeable with porcelain pin insulator.

Our Company Development Process
In 2015, our company obtained the patent for the invention of polymeric crystalline silicon materials.
In November 2016, our company applied for invention patents to the State Patent Administration: invention patents for polymerized crystalline silicon insulator materials for communication, which is currently in the public stage.
In June 2017, our company wanted the National Patent Office to apply for an invention patent: the invention patent for DC polymerized silicon insulator material, which is currently in the public stagee .
Here are our SGS certification:
Advantages of polymeric silicon:
Less production process, short cycle, high efficiency, and traceable production process and with small production operation area,it is easy to realize mechanized production.
Characteristics:
Green Environmentally friendly Low carbon
Strong acid and alkali: no change
Flame retardant grade V0
Water absorption rate: 0.012%
Stepping damage load test: 3360N
Resistance to electric leakage and erosion: 1A4.5
Testing Report
In April 2017, the horizontal drop testing site
Test method: A 110kV length of 1240mm polymerized silicon insulator is free fall from a height of 7 meters.
Testing Results: The appearance of the product was free from cracking and brittleness, and the tensile failure test passed the standard requirements.
Please see the photos below:
In November 2017, it fell vertically to the test site.
Test method:110kV rod-shaped suspension polymerized silicon insulator was dropped vertically from a height of seven meters with the ball socket facing down. After the fall, checking if the seals at both ends of the fittings are sealed, and whether the entire insulator is intact. Then continue to pull, test, and achieve damage.
Testing results:
After the insulator falls, there is no damage at the seals at both ends. When the tensile force test reaches 150kN, the metal fitting of the ball is broken and the insulator is intact.

Inductor center bending test in December 2017
Testing method: The rod-shaped suspension polymerized silicon insulator was pulled up 6 times with a vertical center pulling force. After pulling, check whether the entire insulator is intact. Whether the key area is pulled, broken, broken, or dropped. A 42-hour boiled test was carried out after 6 bends, and a lightning shock steep slope test was carried out after the boiled test.
Testing Result: There is no breakage or blockage after the insulator is boiled, and the lightning impulse meets the requirements of GB standard.
