Roof UNIROOF 300
The UNIROOF 300 is the ideal, entry-level automatic roof welding machine for thermoplastic membranes made of TPO, PVC, EVA, PIB and modified bitumen. It’s used on medium-sized, flat roofs up to approx. 500 sqm, parapets and as a supplement on large, flat roofs. This applies to residential construction, as well as for roof sealing of larger industrial buildings. With the UNIROOF 300, welding close to the edge up to 100 mm at and on parapet corners is a breeze.
Leister’s closed-loop technology and digital display make it easy to set and monitor the welding parameters (speed, air volume and temperature). This guarantees tight welding seams for plastic membranes. The UNIROOF 300 is compact and weighs only 17 kg // 37.5 Ibs. Its simple operation makes it the ideal roof welding machine for beginners. More power at 230V is not possible. For example, when welding PVC, the UNIROOF 300 reaches its maximum capacity at welding speeds up to 2.8 m/Min. // 9,19 ft/min. and temperature of 580 °C // 1076 °F. The brushless drive motor and the 3300 W heating element promises durability and a long service life. With the standard nozzle, an optimum welding width is also achieved. This guarantees homogeneous welding seams. Inserting the nozzle into the overlap seam is easy for any operator, regardless of skill level. In short: The reliable UNIROOF 300 hot air welding machine impresses with its easy operation, as well as its unbeatable price-performance ratio. Leister recommends using the rib profile kit, which is available as an accessory (article number 155.414), when welding profiles with sheet metal roofs.
